Stock pads aren’t too bad but if you want braking to match the power of the car you really need to upgrade, if you take you car on track this is doubly important. The only pads really worth looking at are the Pagid RS29, specially formulated for high performance cars on steel disks.
Bedding in is important but once done you’ll be amazed by the braking performance the RS29 pads, these are the same pads we run on our race cars so their performance is unrivalled. There is immediate bite, even when cold and braking is progressive and solid, the extra feel the RS29 pads offer also allows far greater confidence at the limit.
The pads are perfect for road and track especially for more spirited driving where heat build up resistance is needed, we have run these pads on our own cars for many years without issue, they last longer, less brake dust, no issues with pads sealing themselves to the disks after prolonged storage and they are cheaper than OEM, what else could you need.
Price is for a full car (front and rear pads) they cannot be mixed with other pads.
